Arsenal have made a breakthrough in their pursuit of Swedish striker Viktor Gyökeres, reaching an agreement on personal terms and entering advanced talks with Sporting CP. The 27‑year‑old star, fresh off back‑to‑back Primeira Liga titles and an astonishing 68 goals in 66 appearances in Portugal’s top flight, is poised to sign a five‑year deal at the Emirates.
